Good to know before you apply
How long does it take to get my money?
Once approved and all agreements are signed, loans are usually funded the next business day. Many factors impact the timing of funding; we do our best to get you money when you need it. The date and time funds are available to you is subject to your bank's policies.
Am I guaranteed a loan?
We cannot promise that you will receive a loan or will qualify for the loan amount requested. We can promise that we will communicate our decision to you, and that our Customer Care Representatives are available Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm Eastern to provide additional assistance.
Can I pay my loan off early?
Yes. You always have the option to pay the loan off early and could save some money doing so. See an example on our Rates page.
What if I'm worried about a due date?
Contact our Customer Care Representatives as soon as possible — preferably 3 days before the due date — to discuss how we can help you. Email customer.care@zoomercredit.com or call (303) 418-4892. Late payments incur fees and could increase the amount you will pay for the loan.
How will you contact me?

How much will my loan cost?
Installment loans are an expensive form of credit. Your loan agreement tells you how much your loan will cost and your payment schedule. You can see example loans with full Truth-in-Lending figures on our Rates page.
